GREAT LEADERS ARE NOT BORN. THEY ARE MENTORED, EDUCATED, AND DEVELOPED OVER TIME.
Nancy Beausoleil- President

Early in her career, Nancy Beausoleil was consistently promoted to supervisory and management positions, in which she learned that the title of manager did not necessarily translate to “effective leader.”   It was during this time that she became passionate about leadership development.

In 2002, Nancy joined the HR Learning and Development team of the LaSalle Bank Corporation, where she fell in love with the classroom and engaging with leaders at various levels of achievement. She quickly became one of the most respected and requested facilitators on her team.

Nancy holds multiple certifications in the area of performance consulting, professional facilitation, and instructional design through respected training organizations including, Langevin Learning and Development Dimensions International (DDI).  She is an active member of the American Society for Training and Development, and a volunteer leadership instructor for high risk teens. Nancy believes in the pursuit of life long education and seeks her personal learning through books, seminars and classes, networking, group memberships, and listening to the experiences of all the leaders she has the pleasure of meeting in her training classes.

Nancy’s highly engaging and interactive sessions allow for rich discussions and the opportunity to learn from practical theory and peer interaction.

"Just as in sports a coach needs a team of good players to win, an organization needs a team of good leaders to succeed". ~ John Maxwell, 21 Irrefutable Laws of Leadership
